Earth Based

Can bend and shift sands at will. Mostly does this for shell collecting and fun things like building sand castles, but comes in handy when bad weather threatens their beachy home. If charged enough by the sun, they can help build flood walls during severe weather quickly and efficiently.

Solar Based

Akin to reptiles, this cloakat does much better in hot, humid, and beachy climates. This is why they are usually found on the beaches, soaking up all the sun’s rays! They are overall much more powerful in the sun than not, even feeling sad when they are in a dark, dreary environment. Without the sun, they fly slower, and their other powers are much less effective.
