Frapps seems to run a cafe with Cecilia where they provide healing foods for other Cloakat. Frapps drinks seem to be especially energizing and heal Cloakats HP rather well, making him a go-to for drink-related goods when a Cloakat needs healing. He is a southern kind of bat who seems to have a little crush on his friend Cecilia but is too shy to say anything about it. To anyone else, it seems they're practically already a couple, however.
