Cecilia is a renowned and up-and-coming baker of Balsawood. Her foods are always perfect to the last bite and helps heal up wounded Cloakat rather well. If you are ever feeling down, getting a meal with Cecilia is the way to go as she knows her way around a kitchen and then some. She seems to take after her mom, who is no longer with them as of their last large battle and swears to continue trying her best to help and heal others in the name of her mother. She seems kind and motherly, making her easily likable by most. She seems to have an inkling that her friend Frapps likes her, but shes not completely sure.
