Role as an NPC:

Solveig helps run the shops that Salvador has established between Khaki and Moonset Island. She seems to have come along sometime in Salvador's travels and helps provide a variety of resources. She specializes in biology and anatomical understanding of quite a few species, making creating elixirs, concoctions, and potions a breeze for her as she continues her studies. She helps provide many things to the stores Salvador owns for Cloakats to be able to change themselves on the fly if they so please, but doesn't seem to want to use any potions on herself for some reason. She and Salvador seem to have gone through a lot in the past, hence their few scarred or missing parts.
