Role as an NPC:

Noah is the middle son of The Elder Bat between his 2 brothers Deacon and Hawke and seems to be the tallest and quietest of the 3. He specializes in creating a variety of weapons for the Cloakats to use to defend themselves. He seems to have given off a few hints of foreign powers but denies it when witnessed, chalking it up to any excuse he can. He seems to have a knack for elemental weapons, despite not seemingly having the specific powers himself. He loves to spar with others and will give Cloakats training in weapon use. He offers his own currency of branded gold coins as proof of a Cloakat's understanding of weapons so he knows he'll be giving weapons to someone competent and understanding of what they'll be wielding. He can somehow always tell a real coin from a fake coin if given to him.
