Maybe lower the price on some items or make the rewards a bit higher for events and repeated prompts? Currently in order to reach 2.5k shards, a price for an item, you would have to submit at least 20 art pieces or submissions for the NPC gift art prompt to reach that goal for one item.

You get 150 per submission, so if you submit it 5 times that's 750. You would have to get 750 at least 3 more times to reach 3,000. That divided by 150 is 20.
