As a community, the Festival is held all month. For the lore of Cloakats, it lasts the first full set of weekdays of January.

➼What does this Festival mean to Cloakats?
The Festival of New Beginnings celebrates a New Year's planet rotation.
This is when Cloakats prepare for the coming year, do general cleaning of their treehouses, and build more treehouses in mass to welcome new and growing pups, Cloakid's, and families.
A lot of "treehouse trading" occurs during this month as Cloakat upsize, downsize, sell, and buy new housing.
Treehouses are built and moved during the month of this holiday to welcome any new or sprouting Pups, Cloakid's, or Cloakat's, etc.
A lot of Cloakat will often donate things for charity and have treehouse sales (yardsales) to rid of oldor no longer needed belongings as well.
During each night of these festivals, the Cloakat celebrate a hard day's work with celebration and socialize with their fellow bats.

There will be several small activities that are able to be done and turned in for fun during the whole month.
Some Activities might last just the day it's announced, while others might be an activity for the week/month. (Usually Polls are shorter activities)
*Note that some rare months MIGHT have more activities than others, this can be influenced by things like major holidays.

Festivals help offer multiple activities related to art, writing, brain games, and relaxing games alike. The prompts help build the lore of both the world and your characters, while the activities help relax you or get you to think about stuff. Nonetheless, it's all fun and games at the end of the day, we hope you enjoy the activities!

Not at this current time.

➼Are there any other possible things that can happen during the festival or the month itself?

Other things can sometimes randomly drop or happen during the month, but this can be completely random and unpredictable.

• Lore can sometimes also drop sometime during either the festival itself, or sometime in the month as a surprise story or piece of art.

• Stock can rotate with the merchants.

• Some traits can be seasonal and can rotate in and out of season.

• New traits, subspecies and/or pets can possibly get its debut by complete surprise or thematically so.

• Random non-festival/holiday adopts can drop in the middle of the month.

• Possibility for surprise raffles.

• Sometimes a new merchant can be revealed in or out of a festival.
