Oculi Incarnate

A rare demon that is present in the Cloakat world. They seem to have 2 forms, a "balloon" form, and a "flame" form. Generally they only have the first mentioned form only when they make a deal with another creature, otherwise, out in the wild, they will always be in their flame form. These creatures are incredibly rare, and not something one should take lightly.
