Crystal Crab

A common crab found around Moonset Island that seems to have crystal growth on its body. Some people keep them as pets, as when they shed, they tend to grow more crystal formations on their new shell. Others might just catch them to harvest their gems and cook the rest of their bodies after the crystals are gathered.  They are pretty strong and hardy creatures, sometimes reaching sizes of 1-3ft tall if left alive for long enough. Their claws are feathered with sharp crystals, making their pinch rather deadly if you don't know what you are doing.
