Potion of New Interest

A potion that allows you to completely redesign a Cloakat so long as the redesign still holds the integrity of the base design, aesthetic, or general theme of the Cloakat.
Cloakats who cannot use a New Interest Potion on them cannot use this item. This item is used for heavy redesigning of the Cloakat. Cloakats that can use this item can use multiple amounts of potions to drastically alter their appearance, so long as it vaguely resembles the ORIGINAL design of the Cloakat. You cannot keep using this item to stray further from the original design over time.

Note: If you're JUST redoing the Masterlist art with no trait/fur/color/pattern changes at all, you do NOT need to include this potion, just tell us that you're redrawing the Masterlist art is all!
