Despite being south of Scoria's Crag, the temperature inside the outpost walls seems to be very regulated and hospitable. The Cloakat here could be considered the front-of-line guards and are always busy doing things like patrols and research in some way. Many Cloakat here tend to a lot of duties and travel around the world outside their island to gather and spread important information. Cloakat that train here are said to be the toughest of tough.
