Eye of the Moon

This location is banned from being visited and is highly dangerous with a strong energy surrounding it.
The whirlpool seems to be always emitting some sort of hum and sucks in anything that draws near it. It seems to also be slowly sucking in bits of the Moonshatter Isles over time and getting bigger but no one knows how to stop it. Vulcan Outpost guards seem to float near and around it from time to time, taking notes and doing tests related to the whirlpool.
