Many aquatic Cloakat live in Seaside Center's beach huts or in the reefs right off of its coastlines. This is a popular location for Cloakat and tourists alike as it seems to have a seaside amusement park that opens for 1 week out of the month for the Cloakat's monthly festivals and is tended to on its off days. This location also seems to have a huge arcade as well, which seems to handle and distribute the prizes related to the festival and park each month. Seaside centre has many charismatic beach-going Cloakat who love to comb the shores for goodies as well as surf the waters on their off times. The waters here are very deep and clear in color.
