Foxglove Village

Between Seaside Centre and Foxglove Village, it has the most populated coral reefs for aquatic Cloakat to live in.
It is known as a popular location to view the mysterious whirlpool in the cape north of them. This whirlpool seemingly started a few decades ago when the spires of rocks surrounding it rose up out of the ocean. This whirlpool seems to have a few low-gravity rocks come out of it from time to time. They eventually fall into the ocean after floating very far out into the sea, making Cloakat wonder what could be causing it all. Foxglove Village is a very humble village and tend to help out lost travelers passing through a lot as they share borders with the large badlands and desert north of them. They also share borders with the Crashing Hillocks and thus like to feed into a rumor about a great "ThunderWolf" that lives on these lands. They sell souvenirs out of their shops related to this fabled wolf. It's a favorite story of many Cloakat to talk about as well.
