The Cloakat sports arms that are connected like a cape at the back of the Cloakat. Can also be used to make webbed arms like a sugar glider or flying squirrel. This also affected the Cloakat's ability to fly, making it better than usual.

Please note that some "cloak" traits may look funky with this trait, feel free to apply whatever combo you feel looks good so long as it makes sense!
Notably, short sleeve/sleeveless may not work out visually due to how the back of this trait is attached to the bat.
