Powers related to a Cloakat with a partial to a full theme about it. Some things here could include a "Cupid" Cloakat. They might be able to make others fall in love. Or a "Christmas" Cloakat can spawn gifts so long as they're given to someone with selfless intent. These are different from elemental powers.

This is only mentioned to stop people from "god-modding" or using this to gain powers above this powers rarity. This is most commonly mistook to give spatial/teleportation powers.
